Mr. Wagner has been a critical member of the HOLT Healthcare team since joining the firm in 2000. Rich is a visionary team leader who actively coordinates the schedule, budget and quality of the design; enjoys the details of every project; and the positive impacts design has on the everyday users of a space. He appreciates the balance the architect brings to the project between the existing and the new, and between design and construction. Rich focuses on staying current with the latest trends and changes in healthcare architecture and delivery systems. His portfolio includes extensive surgical suite design as well as designs for both undergraduate and post-graduate research labs in the general science and biomedical fields as well as clinical laboratory designs for hospitals.
