Offices

Our headquarters is located in Ithaca’s West End, close to restaurants, coffee shops, and outdoor attractions like the Ithaca Waterfront Trail. We also have an office in Syracuse, just a short distance from Armory Square and Salt City Market.

Our firm and our employees are personally invested in the communities where our offices are located and where our projects are built. We take our role very seriously with creating the physical environments in which people live, work, learn, and heal. Most of our staff call the areas around our offices home. We shop, attend cultural events, and explore the natural beauty. Our children attend area schools. That is to say, we are the communities in which we work.

HOLT is dedicated to giving back to the community. We actively participate in projects such as building raised garden beds for local nonprofits, taking part in the Family & Children’s Services Annual Cardboard Boat Fundraiser, Cancer Resource Center of the Finger Lakes’ Walkathon, and supporting Habitat for Humanity’s Annual Women’s Build Day. Many of our staff serve on nonprofit boards, and we encourage everyone on our team to engage in community activities—providing both support and time to make a positive impact.
