This project was initiated with a comprehensive programming and feasibility study aimed at addressing the evolving and growing needs of Guthrie Community Credit Union. As the organization continues to expand its services and membership base, the development of a new, modern facility became essential to support long-term growth and operational efficiency.

A key goal of the project was to maintain full functionality of the existing building throughout the construction process. This strategic approach ensures uninterrupted service for members while the new building is being constructed on the same site. Once the new facility is fully operational, the original building will be thoughtfully deconstructed to make way for additional parking, improving overall accessibility and convenience for members and staff.

Architecturally, the design of the new building draws inspiration from natural forms and materials. This approach not only reflects the credit union’s community-centered values but also creates a warm, engaging, and welcoming facade. The result is a dynamic and inviting bank hall that enhances the member experience and establishes a strong visual presence in the community.
