Ms. Blakemore is an architect with 20 years of experience that includes work for numerous college and university campuses in New York State. Integrating her preservation background with her forward-thinking design solutions, Cate enjoys the challenge of each project and working with team members to develop sustainable solutions that also preserve and merge the historic with new construction and technology. Prior to joining HOLT in 2010, Cate worked as a project manager for Crawford & Stearns, Architects and Preservation Planners. With this experience, Cate brings to the table a vast background of historic preservation knowledge. Her portfolio includes restoration, rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of several Nationally Registered buildings.
