Ms. Lacey brings more than 30 years of architectural and leadership experience to the firm and is a respected member of the Albany business community.  As a business founder and industry leader, she understands business-building strategies, providing overall practice leadership and mentorship, and project leadership. Beth has broad experience in the management, design, and implementation of a wide range of projects—both large and small—including feasibility studies, adaptive reuse, renovation, and new buildings. She has extensive experience and depth of knowledge in creating design and technical solutions for many building types and employs a highly responsive programming and design approach that yields specific and unique results for educational and commercial structures.
